TUMO Labs is working with Healthcare Innovation Center (HIC) to give participants hands-on experience in digital healthcare management and a broad view of challenges and opportunities in the field.
Participants will gain an understanding of the healthcare landscape in Armenia, international standards and core technologies that drive digital healthcare systems and tools, and their real-world application — from mobilizing electronic medical records across organizations to exploiting their data for research. With that baseline of knowledge, students will write an application that sends patient information from Android compatible iHealth devices to a single universe of data intended to include hospitals and clinics across Armenia.
TUMO Labs will be open for the project three days a week from 10:00 – 3:00 pm.
Participants are expected to dedicate 12 – 15 hours per week to the project — attending workshops and working on tasks individually or in a group.
